Whole Body & Local Cryotherapy

Cryo simply means cold and this is a very powerful form of therapy. Whole Body cryotherapy works by reducing the skin and muscle temperature down for a very short time to reduce pain due to inflammation. Local cryo focuses on a small area such as ankles, knees or even hands to flush out swelling and provides immediate relief. This targeted approach can also be used on the face, head and neck to address migraines, stimulate the production of collagen and give a glowy appearance. Whole Body is offered at Schererville location only and local cryo is available at both Schererville and Chesterton.

Halotherapy is a dry salt therapy that involves breathing in tiny microparticles of salt. In our passive salt room, a halotherapy generator grinds and fans 99.99% Pure Grade Sodium Chloride into the air during a 45 minute session. Our salt room also features Himalayan salt rocks and salt from the Dead Sea. Halotherapy can have potential benefits such as improvements in respiratory issues and skin conditions, stress reduction, and relaxation. The benefits of halotherapy can be dated back to the 1800's, when Polish physician Feliks Boczkowski noticed that salt miners did not have respiratory problems, unlike other miners.
