Known for her motivational leadership and vast knowledge with the business of beauty, health and wellness, Lisa has served as keynote speaker for industry conventions including the Illinois Reflexology Association and the International Congress of Esthetics. Martin has also had the honor of judging the 2011 & 2014 Salon of the Year for Modern Salon & Salon Today Magazine.
